The online store solbaby-furniture.com operates in accordance with the Law on Electronic Commerce, the Consumer Protection Act, and other applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products and availability
All products displayed on the website are part of our offer, but availability depends on stock and production terms.
If the ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed by phone or email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT.
Prices displayed in euros are for informational purposes only.
Payment by card is carried out exclusively in RSD.
Refunds are processed back to the same payment card used for the purchase.
Currency conversion statement:
All payments are processed in RSD. The amount charged to your card is converted to your local currency according to card association exchange rates and may differ from the displayed amount in EUR.
4. Purchase process

Review the cart and adjust quantities
Enter customer and delivery details
Review and confirm the order
Redirect to the bank’s secure payment page (HPP) for card details and payment
After completing the order, the customer will receive an email confirmation with order details.
5. Delivery and timelines
Delivery time depends on the type and quantity of products. The customer will be notified about the exact delivery time after order processing.

6. Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint in cases where:
the wrong product was delivered,
the product has defects or damage,
other cases stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of complaints, when the seller bears the cost.
Refunds are processed exclusively to the original payment card, within 14 days from the date of receiving a valid withdrawal request.
8. Data protection and payment security
Card data entry is performed exclusively on the bank’s secure payment page (HPP). SOL Baby doo does not have access to card details and cannot store them.
