Complaint Policy

The customer has the right to file a complaint if:

  • the product does not match the order
  • the product has visible defects
  • the product is not functioning properly

The response period is 8 days, and the resolution period is no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint.

If the complaint is justified, the return costs are covered by the seller. If the complaint is not justified, the costs are covered by the customer.
