2. Product Description and Price
All products are described in detail and displayed with images. Photos are symbolic and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.
All prices are expressed in dinars (RSD) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
3. Payment
Payment is possible exclusively in dinars (RSD).
Prices displayed in euros (EUR) or other currencies, if any, are for informational purposes only.
Currency Conversion Statement:
“All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). Amounts displayed in other currencies are for informational purposes only and calculated according to the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The customer’s bank may perform conversion into the local currency at its own exchange rate and fees.”
4. VAT
SOL Baby Furniture is in the VAT system and VAT is included in the product price.
5. Delivery
Goods are delivered via courier service within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The average delivery time is 30 working days from the date of order confirmation, except in cases where the customer is informed of a different period.
Delivery costs are clearly indicated during ordering and depend on the courier service.
6. Complaints and Returns
The customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.
Complaints can be submitted via email: office@solbaby-furniture.com.
The response time to a complaint is 8 days, and the resolution period is 14 days from the date of submission.
7. Refunds
In case of a product return and approved refund, SOL Baby Furniture is obliged to issue the refund exclusively through VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and DinaCard payment methods, i.e., to the account of the payment card used for the transaction.
8. Withdrawal from the Contract
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without stating any reason.

9. Copyright and Website Content
All content on the website (texts, images, graphics, logos, databases, and software) is the property of SOL Baby Furniture and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent of the owner is prohibited.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
For all disputes that may arise, the competent court in the Republic of Serbia shall have jurisdiction.
