Delivery and Assembly Policy

Sol Baby DOO Belgrade provides delivery of ordered products throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Delivery Method

In most cases, the furniture is delivered by our vehicles and assembled by our trained installers. In certain situations, we may engage a courier service, in which case the customer will be informed in advance.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 30 business days, unless a different delivery period is specifically stated for a particular product. In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be notified by phone or email.

Delivery and Assembly Cost

• For orders over 30,000 RSD, delivery and assembly are free of charge.

• For orders under 30,000 RSD, products are shipped via courier services, with delivery costs applied.

Shipment Inspection

Upon receiving the shipment, the customer is obliged to check whether there is any visible damage to the package.
If you notice any damage, please immediately inform the installer or courier and refuse to accept the product.
